The Hoxton, Charlottenburg FAQs

From Berlin Central Train Station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof), take the S Bahn for five minutes westbound to the Zoologischer Garten overground station. From here, the hotel is a 10-minute walk. The nearest underground station, meanwhile, is U Bahn Kurfürstendamm; a five-minute stroll away (you can also swap onto the U Bahn from Zoologischer Garten to Kurfürstendamm, if you fancy a shorter walk). Flying in? We’re a 30-minute drive from Berlin Brandenburg Airport.

Cars and taxis will drop you off directly in front of the hotel.

We’ve got covered and secured parking just next door to the hotel. From there, it’s less than 100m to check in. Door-to-door (almost).

You can choose your own check-in time for free with our Flexy Time initiative, which is available to anyone who books direct on our website up to 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, regular hotel check-in is 2pm.

With Flexy Time check-out is up to you, on offer to anyone who books direct on our website up to 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, it’s 12pm. Already booked, but want more time in your room than first planned? Ask Reception to extend your check-out time for just 10€ an hour up till 4pm.

We’re more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at the Hoxton, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us during the day, on the day you check-in or check-out.

Beers, wines and a selection of sweet and savoury snacks are available to buy at local prices — no mega mini-bar bills here! Head down to the lobby and fill your fridge!

Why do laundry when we can do it for you? Just pop any dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to front desk, who’ll get it all cleaned and delivered back to you for a small charge.

Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking, but many of our rates are fully cancellable when you book on our website. Please refer to the T&Cs displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please refer to our payment policy and T&Cs when booking online.

Flexy Time lets you check in and out whenever you like, for free when you book direct. Just book at least 72 hours in advance.

We’ve got 234 bedrooms to choose from, including doubles, twins and singles: each one filled with Art Nouveau style-meets-comfort design. Kick back in a Biggy Up with a plush queen-sized bed (you’ll never want to leave) or bag yourself a cosy spot with our range of Shoebox rooms. See our rooms page for more inspo, info and photos.

A maximum of two (or three if staying in a Roomy with a sofabed) can stay in our rooms. However, with our Tiny Hox stays, you can bring the family – infants with travel cots sharing their parent’s room or an extra bed for children under 12 years old. Travel cots and extra beds are available totally free of charge. As soon as you’ve made your booking, ask for a ‘Tiny Hox’ stay in notes of your booking or call us directly to let us know.

Yes! All of our rooms have a hair dryer for all your primping and preening needs.

In the mood for a light, pick-me-up breakfast? Fill in the bag on your desk, pop it on your door handle and it’ll be ready with fruit, juice, granola and yoghurt when you wake up. A €5 charge will be added to your bill at check-out.

Have room for more? Order hot food, pastries and coffee on room service from the Hoxton lobby bar – or pop-down in person to the bar and restaurant for bigger plates.
