Our Menus

Drawing inspiration from Chef Erik Ramirezs’ Peruvian-American background, dishes are founded in the diverse culinary heritage of Peru, seen through a New York lens. Unbound by tradition, this dual perspective results in a unique style, offering a broad, modern take on Peruvian food and a cocktail list honing in on Pisco and Latin American spirits.
