Leisurely weekend break, work trip, family hols? House is both your ever-ready base for exploring Scotland, and the best city digs when enjoying Edinburgh’s gems.
House offers long-stay luxe for up to six adults, with killer extras, stunning style and loads of room to stretch out.
City breaks, wedding party or just loving that sweet, sweet space, gather your pals, your fam, your colleagues and come make yourself at home in House: your go-to for extra-special city jaunts.
Home from Hox
You know Hox: we love weaving a building’s history into fresh, contemporary takes, and House is looking ve-ry good on it.
Lush, plush and oh-so spacious, it’s Georgian-inspired design with all the mod cons.
The living is easy with plenty of storage, an en-suite for every bedroom and fully kitted-out kitchen. Lounging is strictly encouraged in our fabulous living areas – decked out with curated artwork, comfy sofas, a hand-selected library, record collection and Roberts turntables.
Tinys and four-legged friends are welcomed too with an array of kit and treats to make sure they have a homely stay. From snacks & treats and bathtime toys for kids, to cosy dog beds and towels for wet walkies.

Of course there's welcome treats: seasonal blooms, a hamper of handpicked Scottish produce, the fridge of essentials and a wee dram to greet you from our pals at Port of Leith Distillery. Dining in? The sparkling kitchen is all yours, but no pressure: order a laden breakfast basket delivered to the door, Patatino dishes to serve supper club style perhaps, pre-order in picnic hamper delights… whatever you need, give the House Manager a bell and we’ll see you right.
And pssssst remember to answer the tap at the door around 5pm for naughty and very nice treats.

Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom House is located within Hox Edinburgh; nestled inside the hotel and complete with fully-kitted kitchen, dining area, atmospheric lounge and ample chill space for up to six guests (plus two kids for family stays). In addition to usual Hox hotel amenities, you can expect extra special touches; seasonal blooms, a hamper of curated local produce waiting for you on check-in, a vinyl record player, and in-room dining experiences.
