Getting to the Hox
It’s super easy to reach us, no matter what form of transport you choose! From Brussels Airport, taxis are available at a stand (no need to book) and the journey takes 25 – 40 minutes to the hotel, depending on the traffic. Uber is also availble from here, and there’s a convenient non-stop train that connects the terminal to Brussels North station (a five-minute walk to the hotel) in just 10 minutes.
Brussels Midi Station is where Eurostar and Thalys trains arrive – heads up, it’s also called Brussels Zuid and Brussels South depending what language you’re speaking. To get to us, take a 10-minute ride on tram lines 3 or 4 to stop Rogier (a five-minute walk to the hotel) or, on the metro, it’s a 10-minute journey on lines 2 or 6 to stop Botanique/Kruidtuin.

Yes, just ask your taxi to pull up outside the main entrance and our friendly front of house team will help you check in.

Already booked, but want more time in your room than first planned? Ask Reception to extend your check-out time for just €10 an hour up till 4pm.
Whilst government Covid restrictions have eased, we continue to protect our staff and guests when eating, drinking or sleeping with us.
Mask usage for both guests and our teams is now a personal choice, however strongly encouraged in confined spaces such as lifts and at busy times in the lobby such as peak check in/out times.
We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at the Hoxton, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us on the day you check-in or check-out.
Yes! We have Hox bikes that are free to use throughout your stay. Just ask at front desk for the lowdown.
Beers, wines and a selection of sweet and savoury snacks are available to buy at high-street prices — no mega mini-bar bills here! Head down to the lobby and fill your fridge!
Why do laundry when we can do it for you? Just pop any dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to front desk, who’ll get it all cleaned and delivered back to you for a small charge.
Not at the moment – the best way to get your workout in is to explore the neighbourhood on foot and try and score a record step count.
