We’re easy to reach, however you choose to get here. From the airport, hail a taxi from the stand or book an Uber, and you’ll be here in about 30 minutes. Brussels Midi Station is where Eurostar and Thalys trains arrive – heads up, it’s also called Brussels Zuid and Brussels South, depending on the language you’re speaking. From there, take a 10-minute ride on tram lines 3 or 4 to stop Rogier (a five-minute walk to the hotel) or, on the metro, it’s a 10-minute journey on lines 2 or 6 to stop Botanique/Kruidtuin.

Drivers, set the sat nav to Rue du Chemin de Fer 1, 1210 Brussels – you can leave your ride covered and secure at Indigo Parking, a public and paid parking facility right next to the hotel.

You can choose your own check-in time for free with our Flexy Time initiative, which is available to anyone who books direct on our website up to 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, regular hotel check-in is 2pm.

Already booked, but want more time in your room than first planned? Ask Reception to extend your check-out time for just €10 an hour up till 4pm.

We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at the Hoxton, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us on the day you check-in or check-out.

Yes! We have Hox bikes that are free to use throughout your stay. Just ask at front desk for the lowdown.

Beers, wines and a selection of sweet and savoury snacks are available to buy at high-street prices — no mega mini-bar bills here! Head down to the lobby and fill your fridge!

Why do laundry when we can do it for you? Just pop any dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to front desk, who’ll get it all cleaned and delivered back to you for a small charge.

Not at the moment– but go get your workout in by exploring the neighbourhood on foot. There are plenty of parks and, who knows, you might even score a record step count.

Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking, but many of our rates are fully cancellable when you book on our website. Please refer to the T&Cs displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

We’ve got 198 70s-inspired bedrooms ranging from Cosy or Roomy – some with twin beds and some with bathtubs to soak in – to corner rooms that are bathed in light, and Biggy rooms with a huge bed, lounge and desk for dreaming up big ideas.

The maximum number of people in a room is two. However we can accommodate infants with travel cots sharing their parent’s room or an extra bed for children under 12 years old. Travel cots and extra beds are available free of charge from the hotel. As soon as you have made your reservation, please call the hotel directly in order to check the availability and book a cot or extra bed.

Yes! All of our rooms have a hair dryer for all your primping and preening needs.

Fancy a light breakfast? Just fill in the bag on your desk, pop it on the hook outside your room, and it will be waiting for you filled with yoghurt, pastry and seasonal fruit when you wake up in the morning. A €5 charge will be added to your bill upon checkout.
