Chet's is an LA Thai-influenced restaurant with retro-nostalgic design, fiery-flavoured food and an informal, easy dining experience for breakfast meetings, boozy brunch, late lunch and later dinners.
The Apartment is our meeting and events space on the ground floor of the hotel. A handful of differently-sized rooms can be hired individually or together to suit your needs, so whether it's a big bash or an intimate gathering, we've got you.
We’re right on the edge of Shepherd’s Bush Green, and very well connected by the tube and public transport with three train stations on our doorstep. It’s a 4-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market station (Circle, Hammersmith & City Lines), an 8 minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush station (Central Line), and 9 minutes to Shepherd’s Bush Train Station (Overground, Southern Lines).
From Heathrow Airport, take the Elizabeth Line to Ealing Broadway, and jump on the Central Line to Shepherd’s Bush station, otherwise it’s a 30-minute taxi.
From Gatwick, take the train to Clapham Junction, and hop on the Overground to Shepherd’s Bush Train Station.
The hotel sits outside the London Congestion Charge zone, but it is part of the Low Emissions zone, which means vehicles need to meet the ULEZ standards or pay a daily charge.
We do encourage our guests to take public transport where possible (better for planet and your conscience) so unfortunately we don’t have designated hotel parking. There are a number or safe and convenient car parks within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. Check out Westfield Car Park or Car Park West 12.

Absolutely – we love to see the city on wheels, and have a partnership with Brompton, so our guests can hire bikes for free while they’re with us. Just ask the team and they’ll get you on the road.
Beers, wines and a selection of local sweet and savoury snacks are available to buy at high-street prices — no mega mini-bar bills here! Head down to the lobby and fill your fridge.
Why do laundry when we can do it for you? Just pop any dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to front desk, who’ll get it all cleaned and delivered back to you for a small charge.
The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tiny Hox has you covered. Whether you’re joining us with infants, toddlers or kids that are slightly older, we’ve put together all the essentials to see you through. While the maximum number of people in a room is two, we can accommodate infants or children under 12 years sharing with their parents. Only Roomy’s and Cosy Up’s fit cribs – and we’ll add one in free of charge, with an organic Naturalmat mattress, if you need one. For little’uns aged 0-2 years, all Tiny Hox stays come with a welcome tote, containing our Smallable x Hox colouring book and pencils, as well as the following by request: free Little’uns Breakfast Bag, family-approved neighbourhood map, kid-friendly menus in our lobby restaurants, bottle warmers, nappy pails, nappies and wipes (needed in a pinch), freezer space for milk and food, bath essentials (anti-slip shower mat, baby bath, baby soap and lotion), and board games curated by Smallable.
For kids under 12 years, travel cots are available free of charge.

Yes! All of our rooms have a hair dryer for all your primping and preening needs.
Breakfast isn’t included in our rates, but you’re welcome to head down to the lobby or Chet’s where you’ll find full a la carte breakfast and brunch menus.
If you’re looking for a little something to get you out of bed, fill in the breakfast bag on your desk, pop it on the hook outside your room, and it will be waiting for you filled with yoghurt and granola, OJ and a banana when you wake up in the morning. A £4 charge will be added to your bill upon check out.
