Find us on Av. Diagonal 205, right next to the Glories Tower — you can’t miss it! If you’re travelling via public transport, we’re a minute’s walk from Glories metro station. From El Prat airport, take the Aerobus and then jump onto the Metro Red line at Plaça Catalunya. Via car or taxi, we’re 25 minutes away and have parking on site.
Where do I park?
We have parking onsite. To access, head over to Carrer de Badajoz 174. You’ll find three different parking entrances next to each the other. We’re the one in the middle!

When can I check in?
You can choose your own check-in time for free with our Flexy Time initiative, which is available to anyone who books direct on our website up to 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, regular hotel check-in is 2pm.

Already booked, but want more time in your room than first planned? Ask Reception to extend your check-out time for just €10 an hour up till 4pm.
Can you store my bags and things?
We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at the Hoxton, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us during the day you check-in or check-out.
Can I hire a bike?
Yes! We have Hox bikes that are free to use throughout your stay. Just ask at front desk for the lowdown.
What’s in the Hox Shop?
Beers, wines and a selection of sweet and savoury snacks are available to buy at grocery store prices — no mega mini-bar bills here! Head down to the lobby and fill your fridge.
Can I do my laundry?
Why do laundry when we can do it for you? Just pop any dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to front desk, who’ll get it all cleaned and delivered back to you for a small charge.
Is there a gym?
Hey there, gym bunny! There are plenty of great gyms and fitness studios around us. Hit up front desk and pick up a discounted pass for one of our faves.
Bookings, Amends and Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking, but many of our rates are fully cancellable when you book on our website. Please refer to the T&Cs displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

When will my credit card take the hit?
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please refer to our payment policy and T&Cs when booking online.
What different rooms does the hotel have?
We have 240 rooms across 5 different room categories. Roomys are a great option for couples for 1-2 night stays. Size up to a Biggy to spread out a little more, and for longer stays and families/friends, we’d recommend a Homey/Homey 2 which have kitchenettes and separate rooms. Check them out on our rooms page.
Got kids! Are two rooms necessary?
Our Biggy and Homey rooms are great for families as they have a double sofa bed which is suitable for children. Homey 2 rooms have two double beds in separate rooms, meaning you can put the little ones to bed without having to worry about tip-toeing around.
Is there a hair dryer in the room?
Yes! All of our rooms have a hair dryer for all your primping and preening needs.
What's in the breakfast bag?
Fancy a light breakfast? Just fill in the bag on your desk, pop it on the hook outside your room, and it will be waiting for you filled with pastry, juice and a piece of fruit when you wake up in the morning. A €4 charge will be added to your bill upon check out.
Is the pool only for guests?
Pool space, sunbeds, cabanas and tables around the pool are only for the use of hotel guests.
What are the opening times?
Pool is open from sunrise to sunset.
Do I need to book in advance?
The pool opens at 7am and you can go up and sit anywhere you want without bookings until 10.30am when TOPE opens.
After 10.30am, you can reserve a three-hour time slot per guest or group.
Reservations can be made 72 hours before the requested date and are on a first come first serve basis.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend required.
