Full pre-payment on a credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.
Need to make a change? In light of everything going on, we’re offering free cancellations and changes up to 6pm (local time) the night before your arrival on stays until 31st August 2020. Valid for direct bookings made from 6th March 2020. We promise refunds will be simple and easy. All you need to do is email us with your details and a team member will get in touch within 24 hours.
For stays after 31st August 2020 or for stays booked before 6th March 2020, our usual cancellation policy applies. You are able to change your booking if you let us know before 4pm (local time) on your day of arrival, for which a small fee and the difference in rate will be applied. Should you wish to cancel or shorten your stay, no refund can be given for the unused nights.
If you booked using our FLEX rate, you may cancel or change up to 2pm (local time) four days before your arrival and the difference in rate will apply.
No-show bookings for multiple nights will be held until 12pm (local time) the day after the intended arrival and it is your responsibility to inform us if the rest of the stay is needed, alternatively the pre-paid amount will be charged as a no-show fee.
Reservations made with a corporate account must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. Once confirmed, your reservation may be cancelled as per your company agreement. Cancellation after your company agreement or failing to arrive for your stay means you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
