We’re located in West Loop’s Fulton Market District. Coming from ORD or MDW airport, we’re normally a 35-min rideshare away, but the recent I-90 construction has been slowing down the roads (especially around rush hour). Take the CTA Blue Line from ORD or Orange Line from MDW airport to avoid bumper to bumper. Find us on the corner of Lake St and Green St just a block from the Morgan stop (Green/Pink Lines).

A taxi ride from O’Hare Airport to The Hoxton Chicago takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. The distance is around 28 km (17 miles), and the fare is typically $40-$60.

Bringing the wheels? We have valet parking available on property for $75 overnight and you’ll also find public parking just north of the hotel. Metered street parking is hard to come by, but if you’re super lucky you might find street parking on Halsted and on Lake St.

We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at the Hoxton, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us during the day you check-in or check-out.

Yes, we can help make restaurant reservations on behalf of our in-house guests, however, we recommend booking ahead of time on Open Table.

Your room is stocked with free coffee, milk, water, and tea. If you need a refill or have a special request, drop us a line before your arrival.

Why do laundry when we can do it for you? Just pop any dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to front desk, who’ll get it all cleaned and delivered back to you for a small charge.

Hey there, gym bunny! There are plenty of great fitness studios around us. Plus, we’ve got our own gym downstairs with yoga mats, free weights, treadmills, and Pelotons. Hit up the front desk to discover some of our faves.

Tiny Hox has you covered. Whether you’re joining us with infants, toddlers or kids that are slightly older, we’ve put together all the essentials to see you through. While the maximum number of people in a room is two, we can accommodate infants sharing with their parents. All our rooms fit cribs – and we’ll add one in free of charge, with an organic Naturalmat mattress, if you need one. For little’uns aged 0-2 years, all Tiny Hox stays come with a welcome tote, containing our Smallable x Hox colouring book and pencils, as well as the following by request: free Little’uns Breakfast Bag, family-approved neighbourhood map, kid-friendly menus in our lobby restaurants, bottle warmers, nappy pails, Coterie nappies and wipes (needed in a pinch), freezer space for milk and food, bath essentials (anti-slip shower mat, baby bath, baby soap and lotion), and board games curated by Smallable.

Yes! All of our rooms have a hair dryer for all your primping and preening needs.

Yes, we can provide plug adapters for guests upon request, based on availability. You can ask for one at the front desk if you need it.

Fancy a light breakfast? Just fill in the bag on your desk, pop it on the hook outside your room, and it will be waiting for you filled with overnight oats, OJ, and a piece of seasonal fruit when you wake up in the morning. A $5 charge will be added to your bill upon check out.

Want more? Our lobby restaurant, Cira, does a hot breakfast downstairs or delivered to your room.

Our rooftop pool is open for the season from Memorial Day through October.

When open, swimming and sun loungers are for Hox guests and Working From_ members only. All other rooftop spaces are open to the public.

In season, the pool is open every day from 8am-4pm. Last lap is at 3:30pm. After 4pm all are welcome – our rooftop restaurant, Cabra, is serving up bites until 10pm and cocktails until 11:30pm.
