How do I get there?

Find us on High Holborn – a minute away from Holborn station on the Central and Piccadilly Line. Leave the station, cross over the road towards Sainsbury's and walk straight. We're on your left. Alternatively, Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston are a short cab ride north.

Eek, is there a congestion charge?

Yes, we're in the congestion zone (Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm). View deets about pricing and paying here.

Where do I park?

Bringing the wheels? We don’t have our own parking, soz, but there’s safe and secure public parking just 2 minutes away. Just remember it's within the congestion zone (Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm).

When can I check in?

From 2pm! But if you get here early, we'll see what we can do.

When do I check out?

12 noon. Fancy a lie-in? Stay 'til as late as 4pm and only pay £5 per hour (subject to availability).

Can you store my bags and things?

We would be pleased to store your luggage free of charge during your stay at the Hoxton.

Can I hire a bike?

Yes! We have Hox bikes that are free to use throughout your stay. Just ask at front desk for the lowdown.

What’s in the Hox Shop?

Beers, wines and a range of naughty and healthy snacks you can buy at high-street prices. Head down to the lobby and fill your fridge!

Can I do my laundry?

Why do it when we can do it for you? Just pop your dirty laundry in the bag in your room and hand it to front desk.

Is there a gym?

Hey there, gym bunny! You can pick up a local gym pass for £5 (free if you are staying in a Roomy) and we also have daily run clubs on weekdays at 7am. Just ask at front desk.

What is the cancellation policy?

All pre-paid bookings are non-refundable, sorry about that. So if you cancel, don't turn up or we deny check-in to a person not accompanied, we can't give you back your monies.

All bookings made with a corporate account may be cancelled as per your company agreement. Cancellation outside of these terms or being a no-show means you'll be charged for the first night.

Can I change my booking?

Switch around your dates (subject to availability) by submitting our online form. All you gotta take care of is a £15 change fee and any rate difference.

If you're less than 24 hours from your arrival, call us to change your booking directly until 4pm on the day of arrival. Our number is 020 7661 3000.

Do I have to pre-pay my room?

So we can offer the best available rates, all bookings are pre-paid in advance. 

When will my credit card take the hit?

Payment for a booking is processed within 48 hours of the booking being made.

What different rooms does the hotel have?

There are 174 rooms in sizes to perfectly suit all sorts of stays. Choose from Shoebox, Snug, Cosy and Roomy. Check out the rooms page for photos and more deets.

Got kids! Are two rooms necessary?

The maximum number of people in a room is two. However we can accommodate infants with travel cots sharing their parent's room or an extra bed for children under 12 years old. Travel cots and extra beds are available free of charge from the hotel. As soon as you have made your reservation, please call the hotel directly in order to check the availability and book a cot or extra bed.

I'm sure I booked for two adults, but my confirmation only says one!

Our rates are charged per room rather than per person, so this does not affect the price you pay. There is no problem if you have not entered the correct number of guests. We will simply change this at check in. Please note the maximum capacity is two adults per room.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

Yes! All of our rooms have a hairdryer for all your primping and preening needs.

What's in the breakfast bag?

"Fancy a free breakfast? Just fill in the bag on your desk, pop it on the hook outside your room, and it will be waiting for you filled with yoghurt and granola, OJ and a banana when you wake up in the morning.

Want more? Hubbard and Bell does a hot breakfast downstairs or delivered to your room.

How do I book a table at the restaurant?

We recommend booking lunch and dinner as it can get busy. 020 7661 3030 or head to the website.

Can I order room service?

Sure thing! You’ll find menus in your room. Hit us up whenever you’re feeling lazy – food is available 7am-11pm, drinks til 1am.
