A Taste of Sicily at Elio Rome | Via delle Palme Summer Menu
From Sicily to Elio, All Summer Long
After a memorable night together, some of Via delle Palme’s favourite dishes are staying with us a little longer.
This summer, until September, Elio welcomes two signature creations from the Sicilian duo of chefs Giuliana Pucci and Salvuccio “Buccio” Cappello, founders of Via delle Palme.
Born from family recipes, long lunches and a deep love for Sicilian ingredients, their cooking tells stories of the island through simple flavours and thoughtful combinations. Following the success of their special dinner at The Hoxton Rome, we’ve decided to keep a taste of Sicily on our menu all summer long.
Look out for:
Tonnarello with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, caciocavallo, toasted breadcrumbs and lemon zest — a comforting Sicilian-inspired pasta packed with bright Mediterranean flavours.
Herb-seared mackerel with peperoni cunzati and strawberry & mint chimichurri — a fresh and vibrant dish balancing sea, herbs and seasonal produce.
Available at Elio until September.
