With our flexible cancellation policy, you can change or cancel your stay up to 24 hours before arrival — giving you a bit more breathing room while things feel unpredictable.

And if flying’s not feeling like the one right now, all of our Hoxtons are easy to reach by rail and road. Swap the airport for a window seat, take the scenic route, and arrive a little more relaxed.

Need to make a change? Click “Manage my booking” in your email confirmation. Change and cancellation terms vary by booking type. If you need any help, just drop us an email — you’ll find the address in the footer.

  • Free cancellation

Plans changed? No stress. You can cancel free of charge up until 2pm the day before you arrive.

  • Parking

We don’t have our own on-site parking, but safe and secure public parking is available near each Hoxton. As a guest of The Hoxton, you’ll also get a special rate when you pre-book through our parking partners. For full details, please check the FAQs for each individual property.
