On October 2nd, we welcome Robin Froeliger, formerly of Nenu and now at Mizaru, for one exclusive four-hands dinner at Cantina Valentina. With influences rooted in Asia and beyond, Robin brings his distinctive style to a bespoke seafood experience created especially for the occasion.
