Elio +1 is back, and this time we’re heading to Tuscany.

For one night only, Manifattura Culinaria lands in Rome for a six-hands dinner with Elio’s kitchen team. Founded in Empoli by former designer Marlene Gerboni and former chemist Emanuele Turchi, Manifattura Culinaria is all about gastronomic freedom: no rules, no fixed formulas, just seasonal ingredients, curiosity and plenty of experimentation.

Together, the two kitchens will create a special menu bringing their different ideas, techniques and flavours to the same table.

Come hungry — the full menu is here for one night only. Two dishes from the collaboration will stick around on Elio’s menu until December, keeping a little taste of the night going.
