On June 17, Elio kitchen welcomes Via delle Palme at The Hoxton Rome, the Sicilian duo of private chefs Giuliana Pucci and Salvuccio “Buccio” Cappello.
After years spent in London between fashion, wine and Michelin-starred kitchens, they returned to Sicily with a simple idea: bringing people back around the table.
Their cooking is rooted in family recipes, long lunches, stories collected from Sicilian grandmothers and ingredients that speak of the island without filters. For one night only, Sicily lands in Rome.
Soundtrack of the evening by Gaeta Jazz Festival, the seaside gathering known for its laid-back grooves, sunset sessions and carefully curated atmosphere on the Riviera d’Ulisse. Seats are limited.

Tonnarello pasta with crushed sun-dried tomatoes scented with garlic and fresh basil, caciocavallo cheese, toasted seasoned breadcrumbs (muddica atturrata), and lemon zest
MAIN COURSE Herb-seared mackerel with seasoned peppers (peperoni cunzati) and strawberry & mint chimichurri
