ELIO + 1 is back : our 4-Handed Feast returns in 2026 at The Hoxton Rome with a new concept: a journey across Italy.

First stop: Naples, Thursday, March 26th, 2026.

For the first appointment of the year, the guest chef is Joar Torch from Persika.

Located in Naples’ Chiaia district, Persika blends Neapolitan tradition with Swedish influences. The restaurant offers a surprise tasting experience focused on local ingredients and has been recognized by the MICHELIN Guide for its contemporary vision, warm atmosphere, and refined service.
