A taste of Peru in Dublin.

Peruvian chef Rocio is taking over Cantina Valentina for six weeks, with a festive menu that turns Christmas dinner into something a lot more fun. Tuck into roast turkey navideño pie with pistachio and orange, venison sausage with ají panca braised rice, Inca Cola glazed bacon, duck fat potatoes with huancaína sauce, and chilli lime corn ribs.
