for one evening only, from Trastevere to Parioli, PianoStrada leaves home and takes over The Hoxton, Rome’s kitchen for a new chapter of our single guest chef series.
Rooted in Trastevere and led by Paola Colucci alongside her daughters and longtime collaborator Claudio Francazi, PianoStrada has become one of Rome’s most loved tables for its instinctive, heartfelt approach to cooking.
Family-run and mostly female-led, the restaurant blends Mediterranean tradition with seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique and a style that feels both refined and effortlessly welcoming.
