Taste of the City: Chet's Bangkok BBQ
Bangkok heat. Smoke, spice and sticky rice. This summer, Chet’s teams up with The Roaming Cook to bring a week-long BBQ takeover inspired by the street markets and food of Bangkok.
Expect charcoal-grilled meats, smoky seafood, fiery nam jims, punchy som tam salads and sticky rice. Built around the bold flavours of Thailand’s Isan region, the menu celebrates the dishes, techniques and ingredients found everywhere from roadside grills to late-night market stalls.
Choose a BBQ tray loaded with your favourite protein and all the sides, or go all in on a mixed platter made for sharing. Add an ice-cold Chang Beer or one of our tropical rum cocktails made with Crossfire Rum and settle in.
From 15th June we’re firing up the BBQs all week as part of Taste of the City – a week of brilliant food, great drinks and standout spots across the city.
