Bangkok heat. Smoke, spice and sticky rice. This summer, Chet’s teams up with The Roaming Cook to bring a BBQ takeover inspired by the street markets and food of Bangkok.
Expect charcoal-grilled meats, smoky seafood, fiery nam jims, punchy som tam salads and sticky rice. Built around the bold flavours of Thailand’s Isan region, the menu celebrates the dishes, techniques and ingredients found everywhere from roadside grills to late-night market stalls.
Choose a BBQ tray loaded with your favourite protein and all the sides, or go all in on a mixed platter made for sharing. Add an ice-cold Chang Beer or one of our tropical rum cocktails made with Crossfire Rum and settle in.
Available every Friday and Saturday throughout the summer.Â
