For one night only, Jeremiah Stone and Fabián von Hauske Valtierra – the cult duo behind NYC’s Wildair are back where it all started: Bouvier.
They helped shape the place from day one, building the original menu and setting the tone. So bringing them back? Only right.
On May 7, they’re stepping back into the kitchen for a full takeover. Sharing plates, sharp flavours, and that downtown New York edge Bouvier was built on.
