Taste of the City: Chet's Bangkok BBQ
Taste of London’s Taste of the City is taking over – a week of good food, good drinks and great spots across the capital – and Chet’s is bringing the heat.
The new citywide series brings together some of London’s best for a run of special menus, one-off events, and hands-on experiences, offering guests a unique chance to experience the very best of London’s hospitality industry, all through one programme.
Chet’s is serving up a Bangkok BBQ menu inspired by the buzz of the city’s vibrant night markets. Created exclusively for the festival, dishes will be cooked over Big Green Eggs on the back terrace by Head Chef Carolyn Or, and enjoyed al fresco across the garden terraces.
Expect bold, smoky flavours with a proper hit of heat. Choose from Thai street market-style platters with your pick of main, spicy salads and sticky rice – plus an optional coconut sorbet with Alphonso mango pulp and caramel fish sauce.
Pair it with an inventive cocktail or go all in with an ice-cold beer tower.
