XMAS EVE 2024

Celebrate the holidays at Bouvier with our festive Christmas menu, full of seasonal flavors and special dishes.

Oven fresh Bouvier Parker House Rolls
Freshly shucked oyster, lemon vermouth, pickled fennel, artichoke
Oscietra caviar, hash brown, cream cheese, eggyolk
Smoked carp croquette, lardo, sauce tartar

Quail consommé, black truffle quenelle

Seared duck breast, butter roasted salsify, turnip, sour

Dessert
