The holidays are calling, and Bouvier Vienna’s got just the thing to make your festive season one to remember. We’re rolling out two show-stopping nights of delicious food, great vibes, and plenty of cheer. Here’s the lowdown:

XMAS EVE 2024

Get ready for a Christmas feast that’s nothing short of spectacular. Think freshly shucked oysters, Oscietra caviar on crispy hash browns, and smoked carp croquettes to get things started. Then it’s onto quail consommé and seared duck breast with butter-roasted salsify and sour cherry jus (trust us, it’s as good as it sounds). To wrap it all up? Our “XMAS EDITION” mille feuille, packed with festive flavors like tangerine, chestnut, and gingerbread. Cozy, indulgent, and oh-so-Christmassy.

NEW YEAR’S EVE 2024

Big plans for NYE? We’ve got you. Kick things off with Bouvier’s greatest hits—Oscietra caviar-topped hash browns, crispy fried olives with nduja, and La Grande Gougère (a truffle-stuffed XL choux pastry that’s basically happiness on a plate). Then it’s decision time: steak au poivre with duck fat potatoes or butter-poached Arctic char with caper beurre blanc? Whichever you pick, don’t forget to save room for our mille feuille with burnt vanilla cream and salted caramel. 2024’s final meal? Nailed it.
