Before we fired up the Big Green Eggs at Chet’s, we headed to Bangkok to meet up with BKK based Gary aka The Roaming Cook.Head Chef @or.carol & @the_roaming_cook ate their way through the city’s markets, best street food stalls and his local favourites in search of inspiration for our summer long Bangkok Backyard BBQ menu.Now we’re bringing all that smoke, spice and street food energy of some of these ‘every day’ Thai dishes back to West London, with charcoal-grilled meats, fiery salads and big Thai flavours.Launching this week as part of @tasteoflondon and available Fridays & Saturdays at Chet’s across the summer.
