Sake sommelier and the mind behind Saké Night Fever, Lora has made it her mission to make sake accessible, fun, and a little bit addictive. Think carefully curated sakes — each one a different world to explore — paired with a snack menu created exclusively for the evening. No course, no blabla. Just an intimate, laid-back night in our favourite hidden corner of the hotel, with someone who really knows their stuff. Come for a glass, stay for the evening.
