Meet our new taco, The Taco Popular 

The Hoxton’s rooftop is dropping a new Taco of the Month! This time, TOPE’s teaming up with Flash & Fourchette, aka Priscillia dos Santos, for a one-of-a-kind creation that takes you straight to the buzzing streets of Lisbon. Every month, TOPE teams up with a culinary star to whip up a limited-edition taco. After collabs with My Tannour, Mission Masala, and Nénu, Flash & Fourchette is bringing their tasty vibes and visuals to this project.

A shoutout to Lisbon’s Festas Populares
Priscillia dos Santos, straight from Lisbon, is taking inspo from one of the iconic dishes from the Festas dos Santos Populares: Sardinha no Pão – basically a classic Portuguese summer street food. Simple but legendary, this grilled sea bream taco is all about good vibes and the true essence of Lisbon’s celebrations.. With the Taco Popular, this tradition gets a fresh twist, but still keeps it real at its core.

Only available in March, exclusively at TOPE.
