When can I check in?

You can choose your own check-in/out time for free with our Flexy Time initiative, which is available to anyone who books direct on our website up to 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, regular hotel check-in is 2pm.

Already booked, but want more time in your room than first planned? Ask Reception to extend your check-out time for just $10 an hour up till 4pm.

Can you store my bags and things?

We’re always more than happy to store luggage free of charge during your stay at the Hoxton, and you’re welcome to leave your bags with us during the day, on the day you check-in or check-out.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Need to make a change? Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking. Please refer to the T&Cs which explain in full the different options available. These can be found on the website during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
