This March Taco of the Month collab is all about celebrating the women shaping Brussels’ food scene
So who better than Chloé from Brussels Kitchen, who’s made a name for herself over the years sharing some of the city’s most trusted food tips.
Together with our Head Chef, she got creative and dreamed up a veggie al pastor worth the spotlight: a giant rotating spit of oyster mushrooms, pineapple and celeriac, slow-roasted and marinated in our house al pastor sauce, then served up taco-style with roasted pineapple, onions, coriander and salsa verde.
