This April Taco of the Month collab is all about fire, smoke, and a little bit of chaos in the best way possible
We teamed up with our friends at Holy Smoke and brought together two kitchens to create something bold, unexpected, and seriously indulgent.
Together with our Head Chef, they went all in on flavour: bourbon-confited beef cheek, slow-smoked to perfection, layered with pico de gallo, smoked onions and smoked salt — a taco built around depth, heat and time.
