Meet Hox Oslo’s Illustrator: Maria Maaneskiold
In every Hox, we collaborate with an illustrator from the neighbourhood who creates the illustrations you see during your stay.
In her Hox Oslo work, artist Maria has taken inspiration from Norwegian architecture from the 1930s – 1960s, Oslo’s stone reliefs, and the glow of neon lights reflected in the city’s streets. Her perspective often merges personal life experiences with a more magical, imagined reality. We love!
