Thursdays just got a little upgrade. Starting 30 April, join us at Bouvier for Shell We Sip – our new Oyster Happy Hour running every Thursday from 6–8pm.
On the menu: 6 oysters + a glass of Prosecco for €18. Freshly shucked, perfectly chilled, and best enjoyed with good company (or a second round). Whether you’re dropping in for a quick post-work stop or settling in for the evening, this is your excuse to make Thursdays count.
