This summer, we’re handing over the keys to the kitchen for our rotating Tope Taco Collab, featuring Portland’s finest chefs, brands, and local legends. On the first Tuesday of every month, we’ll drop a limited-edition taco dreamed up by Chef Adán Fausto and our monthly partners, served up all month long. We’ve got a stacked lineup of collaborators coming your way, but we’re kicking things off with the leathercraft icons at OROX. Consider your Taco Tuesday plans officially leveled up.
