Dollars is a laid-back sandwich shop and wine bar tucked inside The Hoxton, Dublin. Inspired by New York deli culture and built around local Irish produce, it blends big flavour with no-fuss charm—offering stacked sandwiches, sweet treats, and natural wines in a space that’s casual, cool, and community-minded.  By day, it’s all about espresso, breakfast sandwiches and fresh pastries; by night, it flips into a cosy spot for grilled cheese, charcuterie, and a glass (or bottle) of something brilliant.
