We roll out the welcome mat for paws and pets. Whether your pup’s a city explorer or a sofa snoozer, they’ll be right at home at The Hoxton Berlin. No extra fees, no awkward rules – just cosy stays, walk-friendly neighbourhoods, and a few cheeky treats for your four-legged travel buddy.
We accept one dog per room, up to 40 lb in weight for no extra fee (unless they’re a rockstar and trash the room, of course). Sniff out all the deets for our pet-friendly rooms below.

Planning your pet-friendly route in Berlin
Travelling with your dog in Berlin is a walk in the park. Here’s how to make tails wag across the city:
U-Bahn & S-Bahn: Dogs are welcome on all public transport in Berlin. Just keep them on a short lead and grab a reduced fare ticket for larger pups (small dogs in carriers ride free).
Trains: Deutsche Bahn and regional trains are generally dog-friendly. Bigger dogs need a half-price ticket and must be leashed and muzzled. Smaller dogs can travel in a carrier for free.
Taxis & Rideshares: Many Berlin taxi drivers are happy to take dogs—just mention it when you book. Uber Pet is available too, or use local apps like Free Now and Bolt with a quick heads-up to the driver.
On Foot: The Hoxton, Berlin is in a super walkable neighbourhood, just minutes from Lietzensee Park and other green spots. Perfect for a leg-stretch after the journey and morning strolls.
