The apartment
Vienna is a fabulous place to host a workshop, seminar or afternoon drinks – and at The Apartment, we take care of all the details for you. Choose from four individually designed rooms (to hire separately or as one, exclusive space) plus an open-plan Pantry with all the snacks and supplies. This is your go-to for daytime pitches or evening parties with a private bar, and we’ll work with you to get everything just right – aka, an event you’ll love.

The Apartment is our unique event space for Vienna private dining. Choose from originally designed rooms for boutique parties and gatherings, plus an open-plan Pantry kitchen that adapts to a private bar. Our Hox chefs will prepare your menu using some of Viennas’ best local, seasonal produce, with family-style dining. Browse our sample menus below to start planning fabulous food for your catered event.

Our menus change regularly according to the seasons and local produce, please get in touch to receive our current group menus.

The Pantry is a communal help-yourself kitchen that’s yours to raid when you hire a space. It’s fully stocked with teas, coffee, milk, snacks and fruit to keep you ticking all day, and it flips to a private bar come evening time.
