From April 9, Cugino hosts Santi Sebastiano e Valentino, among the most exciting names in the Roman scene, bringing a series of original creations that blend tradition and experimentation.
Kicking off with pastry chef Chistolini, expect a selection of bold and refined flavors: cannelés bordelais with caramel chantilly, rum, orange, and dark chocolate; ciavattone romano with pastry cream and amarena; asparagus quiche; and tomato croissant pizzetta.
A new taste experience designed to surprise, perfect for a quick break or a moment to savor.
