Breman brasserie: new menu launch

From 6 March, Breman Brasserie at The Hoxton, Lloyd Amsterdam is serving up a new menu where French classics meet a modern, instinctive twist.

Set in the historic Lloyd building, Breman has long been a place for locals, travellers and creatives to meet, share stories and enjoy good food. Now, the brasserie’s familiar warmth comes with a sharper culinary edge: subtle, refined and effortlessly French.
Dishes change with the season, ingredients are chosen with care and every meal feels honest and satisfying. Start at the bar with an aperitif, then let the evening roll on à la carte or with the Chef’s Menu, guided by the market and the season.
By day, Breman is a lively spot for breakfast, brunch and lunch, open to hotel guests and neighbours alike. Cocktails, wine and conversation are always welcome. No rush, just good instinct, good flavours and good company.
