Whether you’ve got a post-festivities energy dip or a burst of New Year enthusiasm, step right this way. The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush is proud to present The Energy Hack, a day of workshops, chats and music hosted by The Social Beer Company in support of Alcohol Change UK. 

It’s all about unlocking that good energy – 3pm–9.30pm on Sat 25 Jan, there’ll be creative classes and inspiring talks covering all the feel-good stuff from journaling to boxing to sound baths. DJ fun from 6.30pm. Tickets from £10, and are limited so book in quick.
