A new guest chef series begins: some of the greatest names in Italian cuisine, based in Rome, step into our kitchen for one night only.

THURSDAY March 12 Opening Event 

ELIO welcomes Salvatore Testagrossa from Ozio Restaurant, a project by Paolo De Angelis.

A Sicilian chef with international experience, Testagrossa combines technique, creativity, and a contemporary vision, elegantly reinterpreting the great classics of Roman cuisine.

The evening unfolds as a true gastronomic narrative: Italian tradition enriched with unexpected details and contemporary twists. Experience the vision of Ozio combined with ELIO in a one-night-only culinary collaboration, featuring a special menu with two dishes by each chef, a genuine four-hands celebration of Italian cuisine.

Tortello alla cacciatora with parsnip (fresh stuffed pasta inspired by cacciatora style)

Saltimbocca alla romana (traditional Roman veal with prosciutto and sage, cooked in butter and white wine)

Ricotta and sour cherry tart
