The grandeur of the building, once home to Etienne Rivié, a counsellor to Louis XIV, is echoed in the bedrooms through cornicing, panelling and chevron wood flooring.
All rooms have bold feature walls and slick contemporary tiled bathrooms.
Mid-century touches and classic 1950s materials pay homage to great French contemporaries like Jean Prouvé and Mathieu Matégo.

One of a kind, our unique Cosy Roof room is a bit of a gem, with a spiral staircase and double doors that open out to its very own sun terrace, complete with loungers and a dining area, overlooking our central courtyard. Our Cosy Roof sleeps two, with a queen size bed, parquet floors, walk-in rainfall shower, a full-length mirror, blackout curtains and bookshelves curated by locals. This room is request-only for Flexy Time.

Our Biggy Terrace rooms are the largest of all, with high ceilings, large windows and a private terrace that looks out over our Parisian courtyard – a perfect spot for that morning cafe au lait. Each Biggy Terrace has parquet floors, rainfall shower or roll-top tub, a full-length mirror, blackout curtains and bookshelves curated by locals. Bringing the fam? We can add another bed or connect you with another room – plus, dogs are welcome too!
