The Taco of the Month is back, and this time we’ve partnered with GRINGO to bring you something seriously special.
Our chefs and theirs have crafted The Spicy Gringa — a bold combination of crispy fried chicken, tangy cowboy candy (aka jalapeño marmalade), crisp iceberg, gooey mozzarella, all brought together with a subtle hint of tajĂn mayo on the side. The name Gringa is a playful nod to the mix of Mexican ingredients with more familiar Western flavors, particularly those that appeal to a broader audience, and it’s become a symbol of cultural fusion on the streets of Mexico. To take it up a notch, we’re adding the festive, high-energy vibe of Gringo. It’s not just about great food — it’s about creating an experience.
