THESE TERMS ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN YOU AND PROMOTER (DEFINED BELOW) THAT GOVERN PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION IMPLIES YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. Promotion

Purchase the “Collab Cracker”, “Big Cheese”, “Deli Feast” and “Spicy Nutcracker” sandwich (“Festive Sandwich”) from each one of the four Participating Hoxtons (as defined below) to claim one free Festive Sandwich (the “Promotion”). The Promotion can be claimed from any Participating Hoxton.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion will start on 18 November 2024 and finish on 31 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The free Festive Sandwich must be claimed by 31 December 2024, after which the promotion card and collected stamps will no longer be valid.

3. Participating Hoxtons

The Promotion is only available at the following locations:

• Hoxton, Holborn
• Hoxton, Shepherds Bush
• Hoxton, Shoreditch
• Hoxton, Southwark

4. Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion you must purchase one of each Festive Sandwich variety from the Lobby Menu at all four Participating Hoxtons and receive one stamp per purchase. Upon collecting four stamps, you are entitled to claim a free Festive Sandwich.

5. Free Festive Sandwich

The free Festive Sandwich is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute the free Festive Sandwich with another sandwich of comparable or greater value, at our discretion.

6. How to Participate 

• You must collect a promotion card from any Participating Hoxton when purchasing a Festive Sandwich within the Promotional Period.
• For each qualifying sandwich purchased, you will be issued one stamp on the promotion card.
• Stamps must be collected from all four Participating Hoxtons to qualify for the free Festive Sandwich.
• It is your responsibility to get your card stamped before leaving the Participating Hoxton and we are not liable for any stamps that are missed.
• Once four stamps are collected, the completed card can be presented at a Participating Hoxton in exchange for a free Festive Sandwich.

7. Important Restrictions

Please note:

• Stamps are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, a cash alternative or any other gift.
• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, and previously collected stamps cannot be transferred to a new card.
• To collect stamps the promotional card must be presented at the time of purchase.
• Employees and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

8. Abuse or Misuse of Promotion

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to not be acting within the spirit of the Promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort including, without limitation, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise).

We also reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Promotion and/or these Terms without notice due to events outside of our control to the extent permitted under law.

10. Privacy and data protection

No personal information is required to participate in this Promotion.

Should any personal data be collected (e.g., for customer service inquiries relating to the Promotion), we will handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Other important information  

11. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.

12. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion and/or Promotion Period at our sole discretion. Please note promotional cards are subject to availability.

13. The Promotion is sponsored and run by Ennismore International Management Limited (company no. 08102206), whose registered office is at 20 Old Bailey, Third Floor, London, United Kingdom EC4M 7AN (“Promoter”).

14. . The Promotion and these Terms, and all matters arising out of or relating to the Promotion, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
