You can choose from three awesome Hox Houses, each one just perfect for up to six adults. Think long-stay luxury with stunning style and plenty of room to relax.
Each comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge stocked with soft drinks (and don’t worry about cleaning up - we’ve got you covered), as well as a comfy area to hang out in.
Whether you're here for a city break, hosting a wedding party, or just looking for a bit of extra legroom to unwind with friends and fam, our Hox Houses are ready to make you feel right at home.

Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom Houses are located within Hoxton Edinburgh; nestled inside the hotel and complete with a fully-kitted kitchen, dining area, atmospheric lounge, and ample chill space for up to seven guests (plus two kids for family stays). In addition to the usual Hox hotel amenities, you can expect extra special touches - including a hamper of curated local produce waiting for you on check-in.
Home from Hox
You know Hox: we love weaving a building’s history into fresh, contemporary takes, and House is looking very good on it. Lush, plush and oh-so spacious, it’s Georgian-inspired design with all the mod cons.
The living is easy with plenty of storage, an en-suite for every bedroom and fully kitted-out kitchen. Lounging is strictly encouraged in our fabulous living areas – decked out with curated artwork, comfy sofas, a hand-selected library.
Tiny Children and four-legged hounds are welcomed too with an array of kit and treats to make sure they have a homey stay. From snacks & treats and bathtime toys for kids, to cosy dog beds.
You’ll also have a dedicated House manager on call to take your stay to the next level. Fancy a private chef? Need to organise a birthday celebration complete with cakes and Polaroid photos? We can arrange that for you.

Of course there's welcome treats: A hamper of handpicked Scottish produce, the fridge of essentials. Dining in? The sparkling kitchen is all yours, but no pressure: order a laden breakfast basket delivered to the door, pre-order in picnic hamper delights… whatever you need, give the House Manager a bell and we’ll see you right.
