SIPS hits the road in Europe x The Hoxton
We’re shaking (and stirring) things up this November. The Hoxton is teaming up with the whisky legends at Woodford Reserve and the world-renowned SIPS Barcelona – ranked #3 on this year’s The World’s 50 Best Bars – for a whisky-fuelled European tour celebrating Old Fashioned Month.
From 20–28 November, SIPS founders Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez are packing their shakers and hitting Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Florence, serving up boundary-pushing takes on the classic Old Fashioned, the SIPS way.
Expect four exclusive SIPS twists, each paired with a snack menu fresh from your favourite Hox kitchen. Big flavour, playful energy, and plenty of Woodford Reserve whisky to go around.
The cocktail line-up:
- DE 60 Old Fashion – smooth, silky, and seriously refined.
- Circles – rye, vetiver, and sherry doing the most.
- Oxid – a bold, nutty remix with ancient wine.
- Sour – bright, herby, bubbly perfection.
