For four weeks, @Bang_Bang_187_Amsterdam is taking over the Lotti’s kitchen.

At Lotti’s, we’re all about bringing people together over good food, great drinks and the best of what’s happening in Amsterdam. This summer, that means handing the kitchen over to one of the city’s most exciting pop-ups.

From Thursday to Sunday, expect bold Thai cooking that brings together street-level flavour and refined technique. Punchy, flavour-forward dishes rooted in Thai culinary tradition, served with the freedom and creativity that has made BangBang 187 one of Amsterdam’s most sought-after pop-ups.

Settle in for a fire four-course menu, with a selection of special add-ons if you’re feeling extra hungry. Just stopping by for drinks? A separate BangBang bar menu will be available at Lotti’s Bar, perfect alongside some spicy cocktails. 🌶️

Founded in 2017, Bang Bang 187 has built a loyal following through kitchen takeovers and sold-out dinners across the city. Now they’re bringing their signature menu – and unmistakable Bang Bang energy – to Lotti’s.
