A Night with Precious Renee Tucker & Glory Kabe
Afrovegan to the World Baby presents: Diaspora on a Plate
For one night, the table becomes a meeting point.
A journey through flavours that travelled across oceans, crossed borders and found new homes. From West Africa to Brazil, through the Caribbean and into the heart of Paris.
Expect plantain, sorghum, dendê oil, egusi, hibiscus and bold spices reimagined through a contemporary lens.
This is food shaped by movement, memory and celebration.
A menu inspired by markets, street corners, family tables and late-night conversations across the African diaspora.
Generous, vibrant and made to be shared.
Welcome to Gloria’s table.
Opening Performance — Words Of Azia
The evening will open with a performance by Words Of Azia, a French-Ivorian artist whose work blends soul, jazz, afro-folk and traditional Bhété chants.
Rooted in themes of heritage, spirituality and cultural transmission, Azia creates immersive performances where poetry, memory and music intertwine. Singing in both English and Bhété, she invites audiences into a journey that bridges ancestral traditions and contemporary expression.
Her opening performance will set the tone for the evening, celebrating the stories, cultures and connections that shape the African diaspora.
