Full pre-payment on a credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Should you wish to amend your reservation a fee of £15/€15 and the difference in rate will be applied. Should you wish to cancel your reservation the total pre-paid amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. No Show bookings for multiple nights will be held until 12 pm the day after the intended arrival and it is your responsibility to inform us if the rest of the stay is needed, alternatively the pre-paid amount will be charged as a no show fee.
If you intend to pay for someone’s stay and you will not be present at the point of check-in to show your payment card, for the protection of the card holder a completed Third Party Payment Form is required: download PDF
Rooms cannot be transferred without prior notice. We are only able to check in guests who have booked and paid for the room online or via our reservations team.
