On the occasion of “Fuori di Taste” The Hoxton Florence presents Radici in Cucina, a dinner experience that tells the story of Tuscan craftsmanship through the language of contemporary cuisine.
Two outstanding Tuscan producers come together for the evening: an estate from Reggello specializing in high-quality extra virgin olive oil, and a historic dairy farm from the Mugello area. Their products meet in a gastronomic journey meticulously curated by the skilled hands of Chef Filippo Fondatori.
Conceived as stages of a single narrative, each dish places raw ingredients and human craftsmanship at its core. Essential flavors, carefully studied pairings, and a refined balance between technique and instinct define the menu. Set against the elegant backdrop of The Hoxton Florence, the evening becomes a moment of discovery, conviviality, and storytelling, an experience designed for a curious, international audience with a keen appreciation for quality.
