Lunch Service (12pm – 1.30pm)
Ease into the celebrations with a leisurely lunch at Seabird. Choose from the À La Carte menu or go all in with our New Year’s Eve set menu at £120 per person.

Early-Bird Dinner Seating (5pm – 6.30pm)
Kick off the evening with a stunning Mediterranean-inspired set menu for £150 per person. Not ready to call it a night after dessert? Head down to the lobby bar, Albie, where DJs will be spinning funk and disco from 8pm until 2am.

Late-Bird Dinner Seating (8pm onwards)
For those looking to settle in for the night, join us for a very special evening featuring a lavish set menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, all-night DJ sets, and a midnight toast with views of the Southbank fireworks (weather permitting) for £250 per person.
