A Pamana Thanksgiving
This is your traditional Thanksgiving with a Filipino American twist — think roasted chicken with adobo marinade, a casserole with collard greens in coconut milk, mushrooms and fried onion, mashed potatoes with adobo gravy… I mean we’re drooling just thinking about it.
Lucky you, we’ve got four seatings to carry us through the day — join us at noon, 2pm, 4pm or 6pm for a pre-set menu, with optional wine pairings throughout. And if you want to stay the night, go ahead and book a room and we’ll chuck in a Pamana Thanksgiving Leftovers Breakfast Bag come morning.
