Join us for the fourth installment of our Lovely Rita Food Cart Series with Filipino-American favorite, Baon Kainan.
Baon Kainan [pronounced BAH-ohn kah-ee-NAAN] is the love child of owners Ethan and Geri. They’ve combed together a menu that is uniquely Filipino, with a whole host of American influence — a reflection of their upbringings stateside, with a nod to their heritage. This duo came to the food cart scene in 2021, and have managed to pick up accolades left and right, and it’s no surprise. Join us as Baon brings Filipino hospitality and community to the heart of The Hox.
