For the first time this winter, The Hoxton, Paris presents its ephemeral restaurant Claude in collaboration with Moët & Chandon. Housed in a shimmering glass structure in the heart of the hotel's backyard, this winter wonderland will host four iconic chefs for a month, including Louise Bourrat, Gianmarco Gorni, Daniel Morgan and Thomas Coupeau. Each chef will take turns signing an exclusive tasting menu with an optional pairing with Moët & Chandon champagnes. Parisians, winter has just warmed up!

Named in honor of the eponymous founder of the Champagne House. Claude is a timeless place combining experience with gastronomy, all presented like a banquet à la Hox. The privacy of the space means that each of the restaurant's 40 diners can peek behind the pass and watch a maestro at work. Claude's temporary residence is off to a flying start with Louise Bourrat, winner of the 2022 top chef, who has come straight from Lisbon for the occasion.
